CHEK Across BC is offering parents the option to purchase their curriculum from a CHEK approved vendor list for the 2009-10 school year. We are excited to have many well-established vendors on our list. If you are a business interested in being added to our list, please complete the following form and submit it to the CHEK office. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions or need more information.
We have also included a billing form that instructors (music, dance, martial arts, etc.) may find useful for invoicing CHEK Across BC. The billing form is available in 2 formats: PDF and Word Document. The Word Document may be filled in online and emailed directly to the office.
