CHEK Across BC offers parents the option of purchasing their curriculum from a CHEK approved vendor list. We are excited to have many well-established vendors on our list. If you are a business interested in being added to our list, please complete the following form and submit it to the CHEK office. We have also included a billing form that instructors (music, dance, martial arts, etc.) may find useful for invoicing CHEK Across BC. The billing form is available in 2 formats: PDF and Word Document. The Word Document may be filled in online and emailed directly to the office.
